Affiliate Terms

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms govern the Lexfolio affiliate programme. By applying, you agree to them, to our Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Commission

  • You earn 20 percent of the net amount paid (after discounts and excluding any refunded amount) on every order placed through your referral link.
  • A referral is credited when the buyer clicks your link and orders within 30 days. If the buyer later clicks another affiliate’s link, the last click gets the credit.
  • Commission is confirmed once the order is past our 7 day refund window.

2. Payment

  • Confirmed commission is paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month, once your balance reaches Rs 500. Smaller balances carry forward.
  • Payment is made by UPI or bank transfer to the details you give us. Tax will be deducted at source where the income-tax law requires it.

3. How you may promote Lexfolio

  • Share your link on your own website, blog, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp channels, newsletters and study groups.
  • Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, for example “affiliate link”, as required by the Advertising Standards Council of India guidelines for influencer advertising.
  • Describe our products accurately. Do not promise results, marks or legal outcomes.

4. What is not allowed

  • Buying through your own link, or using it for orders of your family or business, to earn commission.
  • Bidding on “Lexfolio” or misspellings of it in paid search ads.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake reviews, misleading coupons or pretending to be Lexfolio.
  • Sharing or reselling Lexfolio files, or offering any part of your commission to buyers as cashback without our written approval.

5. Ending the arrangement

You may leave the programme at any time. We may suspend or close an affiliate account for breach of these terms or for fraud, in which case unpaid commission on affected orders is forfeited. We may change these terms with 15 days’ notice by email; commission already earned is paid on the old terms.

6. General

Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents or partners of Lexfolio. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction. Questions: support@lexfolio.in
