Lexfolio sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.
1. How you receive your purchase
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your product is available in your account:
- Downloadable products such as notes, digests, templates and packs appear under My account, Downloads, and a download link is also sent to your registered email address.
- Online test series and courses appear under your Dashboard, ready to start.
- Paid answers are revealed on the same page immediately after payment.
Delivery is normally instant. In rare cases, such as a delay in payment confirmation, it may take up to 2 hours.
2. If you do not receive it
First check your spam or promotions folder, and sign in to My account to see whether the product is already there. If it is not available within 2 hours of a successful payment, write to support@lexfolio.in with your order number. We will deliver it or, if we cannot, refund you in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Access period and download limits
The product page tells you how long you can access the product and, where applicable, how many times a file can be downloaded. Please save downloaded files safely. Access to online tests and courses ends when the stated access period ends.
4. Where we deliver
Our products can be bought and used from anywhere, but prices are in Indian Rupees and our services are designed for users in India.
