How the course and certificate work
- The course has 8 self-paced modules of text lessons. Each module ends with a short quiz to check your understanding.
- After completing the lessons, you take an online final test of 30 multiple choice questions with a time limit of 45 minutes. The pass mark is 60 percent.
- On passing, you receive a certificate of completion from Lexfolio with a unique certificate ID that can be verified online, which you can add to your CV.
- The certificate is a certificate of completion of a Lexfolio course. It is not a degree, diploma or regulatory qualification, and it does not confer any right to practise law.
This course is educational. It explains the law and drafting practice in general terms and does not provide legal advice on any particular matter. For a live matter, check the facts and the current law of the State concerned, and consult an advocate where needed.
