About Course

Salary that arrives on the 25th instead of the 7th. PF cut from every slip but never deposited. A “full and final” form that says nothing is due when two months are unpaid. A pregnant employee told to resign quietly. A fixed-term worker told that contract staff get no gratuity. These are everyday problems for working Indians, and since the four Labour Codes came into force on 21 November 2025, the rules that solve them have changed. This course explains your rights under the new Codes in plain English, with exact sections, time limits, portals and step-by-step actions.

What you will learn

  • What the four Labour Codes replaced, and the difference between an employee, a worker, a fixed-term employee and a gig worker
  • What your appointment letter must contain under section 6(1)(f) of the OSH Code, and which clauses to check before signing
  • When salary must be paid, what can lawfully be deducted, fines, bonus and the 50% wage rule
  • Working hours, overtime at twice the rate, weekly off and annual leave under the OSH Code
  • PF, ESI, gratuity (including pro-rata gratuity for fixed-term employees after one year) and maternity benefit after Hamsaanandini Nanduri (2026)
  • Social security for gig and platform workers, POSH at work and the Grievance Redressal Committee under the IR Code
  • Resignation, notice period, termination, retrenchment compensation, relieving letters and non-compete clauses
  • How to recover unpaid salary and gratuity through the section 45 authority, Samadhan and legal notices, with model formats
