Description
A death in the family brings grief, and then a pile of paperwork nobody explains. Banks ask for certificates, insurers want forms, the pension stops, a brother claims the house because his name is in the land record, and relatives insist that married daughters have no share. Families lose months, and sometimes their rightful share, because they apply for the wrong document, treat a nominee as the owner, or miss a deadline. This course walks heirs through exactly what to do after a death, in order, with the sections, forms, timelines and forums that apply in India.
What you will learn
