The best AIBE test series is the one that copies the real AIBE XXII paper: 100 one-mark questions in the BCI’s 19-subject split, criminal law set on both the old codes and the BNS, BNSS and BSA, and explanations that cite the exact section, Article or case. Before paying for any AIBE test series 2026, sit the free official AIBE XXI paper from allindiabarexamination.com. With the exam on 29 November 2026, four to six full mocks, properly reviewed, are enough for most candidates.

What the best AIBE test series must have: a checklist
Apply these eight tests to any AIBE online test series, including ours, before you decide which is the best AIBE test series for you. If a series fails two or more, keep looking.
- The official subject split. The AIBE XXII syllabus (13 October 2026) fixes the count: Constitutional Law 10, CrPC and BNSS 10, CPC 10, IPC and BNS 8, Evidence and BSA 8, Family Law 8, Contract, Specific Relief, Property and NI Act 8, Tort with MV Act and Consumer Law 5, then 4, 3 and 2 question subjects. A mock with 25 Constitution questions is training you for a different exam.
- Full length. At least some papers must be 100 questions, so you practise stamina and Bare Act speed over three hours.
- New and old criminal law. The syllabus names IPC with BNS, CrPC with BNSS and the Evidence Act with BSA. Questions and explanations should give both numbers.
- Explanations with a source. “Answer: C” teaches nothing. Each answer should cite the section, Article, rule or case, so you can find it in your Bare Act.
- Fresh questions. Copied past-paper questions give a false high score. The series should be original.
- Bare Act friendly. AIBE allows Bare Acts without notes. Good mock questions reward knowing where a provision sits, not memorising trivia.
- Current law. Professional Ethics questions should follow the BCI Rules; labour, tax and criminal law questions should not rely on repealed law without saying so.
- A fair price and a free sample. You should be able to try a sample before you pay.
Free official resources first
Before you buy AIBE mock papers, use what the Bar Council of India gives free on allindiabarexamination.com:
- The AIBE XXII syllabus with the subject-wise question count. Print it and tick subjects off.
- The AIBE XXI question booklets (English Sets A to D), posted with the provisional key on 10 June 2026, and the final answer key of 10 July 2026. Sit one set as your first full mock.
- The AIBE XXI Examination Guidelines, which set the rule on Bare Acts “without notes and comments” and list banned items.
Our guide to AIBE previous year question papers explains how to use these, and the free 50-question AIBE XXII mock is a quick second check.
How to use an AIBE XXII test series in the last month
Even the best AIBE test series only helps if you review it. Here is a simple method for the 31 days from 29 October to 29 November 2026.
- Sit under exam conditions. 3 hours, clean Bare Acts, no phone. Mark answers on a printed OMR-style sheet if you can.
- Review the same day or the next. Spend at least as long on review as on the paper. For each miss, write the correct provision on a single error sheet.
- Classify errors. Unknown law, could not find it in the Bare Act, or misread the question. Fix the biggest box first.
- Space the papers. One full mock every three or four days in the first fortnight, every second day in the last ten days, none in the final 48 hours.
- Track by subject. If you drop 4 of 10 CPC marks in two papers running, the next two days go to CPC.
For the timetable around the mocks, use the AIBE XXII last month study plan.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best AIBE test series for 2026?
The best AIBE test series is one that follows the official 19-subject split, uses full 100-question papers, covers both old codes and the BNS, BNSS and BSA, and explains every answer with a section or case. Check any series against these points and try its free sample before paying.
How many mock tests should I give for AIBE XXII?
Four to six full-length mocks are enough for most candidates if each one is reviewed properly. One of them should be the official AIBE XXI paper from allindiabarexamination.com.
Is an AIBE online test series better than offline mock papers?
The real AIBE is offline with an OMR sheet, so practise at least some papers on paper. Online tests are convenient for quick scoring, but the habit of marking bubbles under time pressure matters on the day.
Does the official BCI website give AIBE mock tests?
The BCI portal does not list a mock test series. It publishes the syllabus, guidelines, and question booklets with answer keys of past cycles, such as AIBE XXI.
